Social Networks

How To Get More Traffic To Your Blog - VII
Having a couple of hundred visitors to your blog every day is the goal that many people are looking to achieve but there are a couple of points that I Think you should concentrate in order to get more traffic
1) Use social networking websites
2) Trade link for link
3) Background color

By using social networking websites like Facebook make a page for your blog and put highlights of your blog on it and try to update it regularly. Add friends of friends and invite them to be a part of that page or at least join your page.

Secondly Link exchange is also very important for every blog and website since it allows you to share web links of your friends and thus, as a result you get the desired targeted traffic that you are looking for. Link exchange makes it easy for search engines such as Google, Altavista, Mamma, Bing and many others to crawl to your web pages. It works on the principle that how many websites are directing links to your blog or website. The more websites and blogs directing towards your blog the higher you ranked in the SEO ranking and consequently the more traffic you get.

Another Thing that I would like to share with you is that according to a local survey websites and blogs that have light background and a dark highlighted text attract more people to read what they have it as a content of the blog or website. So as I mentioned in my recent posts try different backgrounds and templates for your website or blog in order to get the best for your blog/website. I personally recommend you to have light color background (Light gray, sky blue, or even white) for your blog because the black text written on the light background is prominent and is easily readable by the visitors and subscribers.Lastly make your every piece of written articles count use your comments referring your blog.

Back Linking

How To Get More Traffic To Your Blog - IV
In my recent post I have mentioned that building up links involves a lot of hard work. Traffic through search engines is very effective and important way for blogs popularity. Google keywords are part of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) but their is also another method that exist for good search engine ranking and that is building backup links.
There are many ways of building backup links. One of the best ways is to present information that is unique and updated. Updating your blog is extremely important. It requires 1 hour of your daily routine and can make you handsome money if not the whole month income.Make a difference between your blog and any other blog of the same niche by creating some backup links that are also updated every now and then. Make your blog informative in a manner that it supports the facts and share other related material to its users as well. In that way it will make it easy for people to link with your page. Consider writing an ebook of your posts and provide it free to your visitors and followers. I will make sure to write about this ebook style of getting traffic in detail sometime.

To make a link exchange it is highly important to connect to those people who are blogging on the same niche that you are. It happens quite a few times that people link their bog with those which have not relevancy to their niche. So linking to relevant blogs and asking them to link your website could get you a good google ranking as well as traffic from that vary blog.

Buying links is also a method for the promotion of your blog. But eventually it derives traffic to your blog costing you money. So I won't be the one who will be giving you advice for buying backup links. Since you have free methods, why should you spend money on something that you can get free.
As a blogger I know that when you start blogging there are so many niches that you will like to write upon. So you may have 3 or may be over 3 blogs of your own. Try posting each of their link to each blog, that way you can get traffic and popularity from your own blogs and let your visitors decide which of your blog is the best!

Find Your Niche

How to Get More Traffic to your Blog - I
Days have gone past when people were confined to Google adwords and other paid ways to get traffic to their website or blog. But Now the trend has been changed, with the flow of web developers and other professionals (web marketers) people opt to go with free stuff, even in marketing their websites.

The best way to get traffic is to select the best niche for your website. The niche must be selected that suits the content most. But their are few websites which gather their views not only on their content but also on their selected niche. Most of them are supportive and interactive in a manner that they provide information, entertainment and support for some gadgets and products at the same time.

"Question & Answer" and "How To" sites are gaining popularity day by day on the internet. Many people make it a habit to look to these sites for help. That's where you come in. In order to make use of these sites, you'll need to submit valuable content. Most of these sites allow you to leave a link to the source of your answer. Answer one or two questions per day and provide useful answers. If you answer too many questions at one time with your link, you'll be suspected of spamming and your account will most likely be deleted. Exercise restraint here and these sites can be a valuable source of both back links and traffic. Getting your website listed to many others like ezinearticles.com can also come in handy.
